CamYA excels in its photo burst speed. On an iPhone 4 (5 Mpx) CamYA takes 1000 high quality photos in less than 10 minutes. On an iPhone 4s (8 Mpx) CamYA takes 1000 high quality photos in less than 8 minutes. The app provides different run modes: - Mode 1: Starts taking photos - Mode 2: Starts taking video - Modes 3 and 4: Alternates between photos and video without pause. There is an option to set the screen to black, which is useful for taking photos or videos without bothering anyone with the screen light. Muting the device helps getting more discretion.
